How we work: our 6-step method

Step 1 – Audit (weeks 1–3). Accounts, tracking, data flows, creative, budgets, results and business economics.

Step 2 – Measurement foundations. Conversion definitions, server-side tracking, CRM integration, dashboards and first incrementality test design.

Step 3 – Strategy and allocation. Funnel plan, channel roles, budget allocation and test roadmap.

Step 4 – Activation. Restructured campaigns, new creative system and landing pages.

Step 5 – Optimise and test. Weekly optimisation, monthly reallocation and a steady flow of experiments.

Step 6 – Scale. New markets, channels and audiences where marginal returns justify it.

Here is what the first 90 days usually look like:

  • Days 1–30: audit, quick fixes to tracking and waste, business metrics agreed, first creative refresh.
  • Days 31–60: measurement foundations in place, campaigns restructured, first incrementality test launched.
  • Days 61–90: first test results, budget reallocation based on evidence, finance-grade dashboard shared with leadership.

Our experience

Hello World began in Morocco as a two-person studio and became a communication and advertising agency of around thirty people, with more than 250 clients and offices in Marrakech, Casablanca and London. Since 2023 we have been based in Dubai Silicon Oasis, and we were invited to present our work at GITEX 2023. Our founder and CEO, Hamid Kennou, has been building digital brands for more than sixteen years.

In real estate, we have run Google and Meta campaigns for projects by Dubai's leading developers, including Emaar, DAMAC, Binghatti, Ellington Properties, Omniyat and Meraas, working with brokerages such as Interbay Real Estate, and our ads generated more than 100 property transactions in 2025. We also run click-to-WhatsApp performance campaigns for tourism experiences in Dubai and international acquisition campaigns for online education across more than a dozen francophone African countries.

A few of the brands we work with:

  • Xtreme Dubai: digital strategy, social media, video, photo, advertising and branding.
  • Starling Properties (luxury real estate): website and mobile version, lead generation, social media management, advertising, design and photography.
  • Le Monde Real Estate (luxury real estate): website and mobile version, lead generation, social media management, advertising, design and photography.
  • City Beauty Medical Center (aesthetics and dermatology): website and mobile version, social media management, lead generation, advertising, design, photo and video production, and marketing strategy.
  • Franck Muller (luxury watchmaking): photo and video shoots.
  • Noorai: full digital strategy, photo and video shoots, website and SEO.
  • Sahla Tax (tax and accounting): branding, website, social media and content.

The value we add

1. Business outcomes first. Revenue, margin and customers, not platform vanity metrics.

2. Measurement you can trust. Attribution, tests and models working together.

3. Full-funnel thinking. Brand and performance planned as one system.

4. Creative at scale. In-house, bilingual and constantly tested.

5. Experimentation culture. Every quarter, new evidence and better decisions.

6. Transparency and ownership. Your accounts, your data, no hidden margins.

7. A human relationship. Every request handled by a real person within 24 hours.

How much does a corporate performance marketing agency cost in Dubai?

Costs depend on media budgets, number of markets and brands, channel complexity, creative volume and measurement needs. Common fee models include:

  • Fixed monthly retainers based on scope.
  • A percentage of media spend, often with tiers that decrease as spend grows.
  • Hybrid models combining a fixed fee with a performance-linked component tied to agreed outcomes.
  • Project fees for audits, measurement foundations, marketing mix modelling or creative systems.

Media budgets are always paid directly to the platforms and remain visible to you.

A simple way to think about value, with assumptions you should replace with your own figures:

  • A company spends AED 10 million a year on digital media.
  • Incrementality tests show that 15% of that spend, mostly in branded search and broad retargeting, adds little incremental revenue.
  • Reallocating that AED 1.5 million to channels and audiences with higher marginal returns can generate significant additional revenue without increasing the budget.
  • Improving creative and landing page conversion rates by 15% lowers acquisition costs across every channel at the same time.

At Hello World Label, corporate performance programmes start with an audit and a measurement plan. Each programme is quoted at the end of the discovery phase; we do not publish a standard price list for these engagements. The first step, a performance audit, is free.

When should a corporation bring in a performance marketing partner?

When platform results look good but revenue doesn't follow.

When acquisition costs keep rising.

When you don't know which channels truly drive growth.

When expanding to new markets or launching new brands.

When finance asks for stronger proof of return.

When your creative can't keep up with your media.

On timing: quick wins in waste reduction and tracking appear within weeks, the first incrementality results within two to three months, and a mature measurement and allocation system within six to twelve months.

7 performance marketing mistakes we see in Dubai

  1. Adding up platform-reported conversions and believing the total.
  2. Cutting brand investment to fund short-term activation.
  3. Allocating budgets by last year's split.
  4. Running the same creative for months.
  5. Optimising for leads instead of customers and revenue.
  6. Changing everything at once so nothing can be learned.
  7. Letting the agency own the ad accounts and data.

How to choose a corporate performance marketing agency in Dubai

  • How do you measure incrementality, not just attribution?
  • How do you connect media to our CRM, sales and finance data?
  • How do you decide budget allocation across channels and markets?
  • How do you produce and test creative at scale, in Arabic and English?
  • What does your experimentation programme look like?
  • How do you charge, and do you take any margin on media?
  • Will we own all accounts, data and learnings?

Frequently asked questions

Why hire a corporate performance marketing agency in Dubai?

Because large media investments need rigorous measurement, full-funnel planning, creative at scale and disciplined budget allocation. An agency brings the specialists, tools and methods to grow revenue and profit from every dirham.

What is the difference between performance marketing and PPC?

PPC is one part of performance marketing. Corporate performance marketing covers all paid channels, measurement, creative, budget allocation and the link between media and business results. Read our guide to paid traffic and PPC in Dubai for the channel-level view.

What is incrementality testing?

It measures what marketing truly adds by comparing groups or regions exposed to a campaign with similar ones that are not. It shows the real lift, rather than the credit platforms assign to themselves.

Do we need marketing mix modelling?

For larger budgets spread across many channels and markets, yes. It helps guide strategic allocation. For smaller budgets, structured incrementality tests and improved attribution are often enough.

How do you balance brand and performance?

We plan the full funnel with clear goals and KPIs for each stage, and use tests and models to show how brand investment supports performance results over time.

Can you connect our offline sales to campaigns?

Yes. We import offline conversions from your CRM, use value-based bidding and track calls and WhatsApp conversations, so campaigns optimise for real sales.

Do you work across several markets?

Yes. We manage performance programmes in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, the wider Gulf, Europe and Africa, in Arabic, English and French.

How do you charge?

Through fixed retainers, a percentage of media, hybrid models with performance-linked components, or project fees. There are no hidden margins, and media is paid directly to platforms.

How quickly will we see results?

Waste reduction and tracking improvements show results within weeks. Evidence from incrementality tests usually arrives within two to three months.

Who produces the creative?

Our in-house design, video and copywriting teams produce bilingual creative, supported by creators and UGC where relevant.

Should we keep bidding on our own brand name?

It depends on competition and incrementality. In some cases, branded search protects valuable traffic from competitors; in others, it pays for customers who would have clicked on your organic result anyway. A simple, well-designed test answers the question for your business.

What is the marketing efficiency ratio?

It is your total revenue divided by your total marketing spend over a period. Unlike platform ROAS, it cannot be inflated by overlapping attribution, which makes it a useful reality check for leadership.

Do we keep ownership of our accounts and data?

Always. All accounts, data, creative and learnings belong to your company.
