This is the second part of our guide. Part 1, on enterprise digital marketing in Dubai, covered the market numbers and the eight problems that cost the most. This part is about the decision. It answers one question: what should you expect from an enterprise digital marketing agency in Dubai?

How we work: our 6-step method
Step 1 – Discovery and diagnostic (weeks 1–4). Interviews with leadership and teams, review of channels, data, agencies, governance, technology and results.
Step 2 – Strategy and roadmap. Priorities, target operating model, measurement framework and a 12-month roadmap with quick wins.
Step 3 – Foundations. Tracking, data connections, governance workflows, brand and content systems.
Step 4 – Activation. Integrated campaigns and always-on programmes across markets and channels.
Step 5 – Optimisation. Monthly performance reviews and continuous testing.
Step 6 – Scale and transformation. Quarterly business reviews, new markets, new capabilities and AI adoption.
Here is what the first 90 days usually look like:
- Days 1–30: stakeholder interviews, audit of channels, data, agencies and technology, and identification of quick wins.
- Days 31–60: strategy, measurement framework, governance model and roadmap agreed; first quick wins delivered.
- Days 61–90: foundations in place, first integrated campaign or always-on programme live, first unified dashboard shared with leadership.
The metrics we track together:
| Metric | What it tells you | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Revenue and pipeline influenced | Marketing's contribution to growth | The board-level outcome |
| Customer acquisition cost | What it costs to win a customer | Efficiency of growth |
| Customer lifetime value | Long-term value of customers acquired | Quality of growth |
| Brand health | Awareness, consideration and preference | Future demand |
| Performance by market and unit | Where investment works best | Smarter allocation |
| Speed to market | Time from brief to launch | Operational agility |
| Marketing efficiency | Output and results per dirham | Doing more with the same budget |
Our experience
Hello World began in Morocco as a two-person studio and became a communication and advertising agency of around thirty people, with more than 250 clients and offices in Marrakech, Casablanca and London. Since 2023 we have been based in Dubai Silicon Oasis, and we were invited to present our work at GITEX 2023. Our founder and CEO, Hamid Kennou, has been building digital brands for more than sixteen years.
In Dubai, we have run campaigns for projects by the city's leading developers, including Emaar, DAMAC, Binghatti, Ellington Properties, Omniyat and Meraas, and our ads generated more than 100 property transactions in 2025. We have built brands, digital platforms and social media presences for established companies such as Treasures Real Estate, Le Monde Real Estate, MNA Properties and Demtco, and we run international campaigns across the Gulf, Europe and francophone Africa.
A few of the brands we work with:
- Qatar Boat Show (events and yachting): web design, professional photo shoot and video production.
- Treasures International (interior design): website, social media management, copywriting, lead generation, advertising, design and brochure.
- Gold Water Yachts (luxury yachting): website, mobile version and flyers.
- Franck Muller (luxury watchmaking): photo and video shoots.
- Hublot (luxury watchmaking): video shoots.
- Noorai: full digital strategy, photo and video shoots, website and SEO.
- Sahla Tax (tax and accounting): branding, website, social media and content.

The value we add
1. Senior attention. Experienced people on your account every day, not only in the pitch.
2. Integration. Strategy, creative, media, technology, data and AI working as one.
3. Speed with control. Governance that protects the brand without slowing it down.
4. Regional fluency. English, Arabic and French, and experience across the Gulf, Europe and Africa.
5. Business accountability. Reporting in revenue, pipeline and efficiency.
6. Transparency and ownership. Your accounts, data, assets and platforms belong to you.
7. A human relationship. Every request handled by a real person within 24 hours.
How much does an enterprise digital marketing agency cost in Dubai?
Enterprise engagements are designed around scope, so costs vary widely. The main drivers are:
- Scope of services: strategy only, a specialist area or a fully integrated mandate.
- Number of markets, languages and business units.
- Content and production volume.
- Media budgets managed across platforms and markets.
- Technology and data work: platforms, integrations, dashboards and AI.
- Service levels: response times, dedicated teams and on-site presence.
Common commercial models include monthly retainers for ongoing work, project fees for defined initiatives, media management fees linked to spend, and performance-linked components where outcomes can be measured fairly.
A simple way to think about value, with assumptions you should replace with your own figures:
- An organisation spends AED 6 million a year on marketing across several agencies and markets.
- Consolidating overlapping work, removing wasted media and improving conversion rates often frees 10% to 20% of that budget, between AED 600,000 and AED 1.2 million, to reinvest in growth.
- Faster approvals and reusable content systems shorten time to market from weeks to days.
- Better measurement shows where the next dirham creates the most value.
At Hello World Label, enterprise engagements start with a discovery phase that defines scope, priorities and the right commercial model. Each programme is quoted at the end of the discovery phase; we do not publish a standard price list for these engagements. The first step, a strategic review, is free.
When should an enterprise bring in a new digital marketing partner?
When results stagnate despite growing budgets.
When too many agencies create confusion and duplication.
When entering new markets or launching new business lines.
After a merger, acquisition or reorganisation.
When rebuilding digital platforms or adopting AI.
When leadership asks for clearer proof of marketing's contribution.
On timing: a diagnostic and strategy typically take four to eight weeks, quick wins appear within the first quarter, and a full transformation of marketing operations usually unfolds over 12 to 18 months.
7 enterprise marketing mistakes we see in Dubai
- Adding agencies instead of integrating them.
- Measuring each channel separately without a shared framework.
- Translating global campaigns word for word instead of adapting them.
- Approving everything at the same level of scrutiny.
- Keeping legacy websites alive long after they stopped performing.
- Letting AI tools spread without governance.
- Reporting activity instead of business outcomes.
How to choose an enterprise digital marketing agency in Dubai
- Who will work on our account day to day, and how senior are they?
- Can you integrate strategy, creative, media, data, technology and AI?
- How do you work with our existing agencies and internal teams?
- How do you handle governance, compliance and data security?
- Can you operate in Arabic, English and other languages we need?
- How will you measure and report on business outcomes?
- Will we own all accounts, data, assets and platforms?
Frequently asked questions
Why hire an enterprise digital marketing agency in Dubai?
Because large organisations need strategy, integration, governance, multi-market execution and business-level measurement that most agencies are not built to deliver together. An enterprise partner brings that capability while staying agile.
Can you work alongside our existing agencies?
Yes. We can lead and orchestrate other partners, take a specialist scope or embed specialists in your team. The goal is a coherent system, not replacing everyone.
Do you work across the GCC and other markets?
Yes. We work across the UAE and the wider Gulf, as well as Europe and francophone Africa, with native English, Arabic and French capabilities.
How do you handle data security and compliance?
We follow data protection and security principles by design, work within your access policies, document approvals and involve your legal and compliance teams in processes that need them.
How do you prove marketing's contribution to revenue?
With a shared measurement framework that connects marketing activity to CRM and finance outcomes, executive dashboards and, where relevant, incrementality tests.
Can you help us use AI in marketing safely?
Yes. We build AI roadmaps, governance, approved tools, brand voice rules and AI agents, and train your teams to use them effectively.
What does an enterprise engagement cost?
It depends on scope, markets, volume and service levels. We start with a discovery phase to define the right model and investment.
How long before we see results?
Quick wins usually appear in the first quarter, while structural improvements in efficiency and growth build over 6 to 18 months.
Can you rebuild our websites and digital platforms?
Yes. Our web and app teams design and build consolidated, secure, bilingual platforms with flexible content management.
Do you provide on-site support?
Yes, when needed. Our team is based in Dubai Silicon Oasis and can work on-site for workshops, launches and embedded support.
Who owns the work?
You do. All accounts, data, content, assets and platforms created for you belong to your organisation.
Ready to turn complexity into growth?
Large organisations in Dubai have every advantage: strong brands, resources, talent and access to one of the world's most dynamic markets. What often holds them back is complexity. If you are looking for a senior, integrated partner that brings clarity, speed and measurable growth, let's talk.
