How to Compare Social Media Agency Quotes in Dubai: Worksheet, Prices and Warning Signs (Part 2)

Comparing social media agency quotes in Dubai at an office desk

Once you know what drives the price, the next step is to compare social media agency quotes in Dubai on the same basis. A cheap monthly fee means little if the offer leaves out the work that brings results.

In Part 1, we saw the seven factors that move the price and the hidden cost of very low offers. This second part gives you a worksheet, our published starting prices, the warning signs in a quote and a simple way to decide what to outsource.

How to compare social media agency quotes in Dubai

Ask each agency to answer these seven questions in writing. It puts every offer on the same basis.

  1. Platforms and posts per month: how many of each, and in which formats?
  2. Content creation: who writes, designs, photographs and films, and how many shoots are included?
  3. Languages: which languages are covered, and who checks the Arabic?
  4. Community management: response times and hours covered.
  5. Advertising: is the ad budget included, or is the fee on top?
  6. Reporting: what do you receive each month, and in what format?
  7. Contract: minimum term, notice period, and who owns the accounts and the content.

A comparison table for every offer

Then fill in a simple table with the answers. Copy it into a spreadsheet and add one column per agency.

What to outsource, and what to keep in-house

You may not need to outsource everything. Many businesses keep the daily voice in-house, for example behind-the-scenes stories, and outsource strategy, design, video and monthly reporting.

Others hand over everything, which suits teams with no time. Our social media management service and our copywriting and content creation service can be combined or used separately.

A professional team is worth it when the account is part of how you win clients, when you want consistent quality, or when you want to measure what social media brings in enquiries.

Warning signs in a quote

  • No named contact person.
  • No mention of who owns the accounts and the content.
  • A long minimum contract with no review point.
  • A promise of a fixed number of followers.

Followers are not enquiries. A serious agency talks about reach, engagement and messages received, then links them to your goals. Before you sign, ask for a clear scope and a review after the first month: a good agency welcomes a precise brief.

FAQ

How much does it cost to outsource social media in Dubai?

It depends on the scope: platforms, volume, type of content, languages and reporting. As a reference, our published packages start at 3,500 AED a month, with the ad budget on top. The final price is confirmed in a quote.

Is the advertising budget included in the monthly fee?

Usually not. Ask every agency to separate its fee from the ad budget, so you know exactly what goes to the platforms.

Who should own the social media accounts?

Your company. The agency works inside your accounts with access you can remove at any time, and the content it creates for you should be yours.

Can I outsource only part of the work?

Yes. Many businesses keep daily stories in-house and outsource strategy, design, video and reporting.

Should my posts be in English and Arabic?

Often yes in Dubai, depending on your clients. Remember that two languages mean more writing and checking work, so it should appear clearly in the quote.
