About the project

Princess Pearl sells Moroccan caftans, djellabas and takchitas online, mainly through Instagram.

Princess Pearl sells entirely through social media, with no separate website, and asked us to build the full commercial engine behind that: social media management, photo and video shoots of the collections, and paid advertising campaigns aimed at an audience reaching beyond Morocco toward the Middle East.

Sales have risen sharply since.

Photo production

Photoshoot

Every image behind Princess Pearl's feed comes from our Moroccan caftan photography Dubai sessions, shot to show the drape, embroidery and colour of each caftan, djellaba and takchita the way a buyer needs to see them before purchasing sight-unseen. We worked with the brand's own pieces rather than studio mockups, prioritising true colour and fabric texture over styling tricks, since fit and fabric are what a social-media shopper actually asks about in the comments. This visual library is what carries the entire catalogue on Instagram, with no separate site to fall back on.

Video production

Video shoot

Beyond stills, our Moroccan fashion video content Dubai work shows each piece in motion — how a caftan moves when a model walks, how a djellaba's fabric falls — the kind of detail still photography alone can't answer for a buyer deciding sight-unseen. We built this footage specifically for short-form social formats, since that is where Princess Pearl's entire audience actually watches. This motion content pairs with the photography to give the brand's catalogue a dimension a flat image never could.

Social media & acquisition

Social media

We run Princess Pearl's Moroccan fashion brand Instagram Dubai presence as the brand's entire storefront, not a supporting channel — every sale happens through this feed, so posting rhythm, captions and DM response time directly decide revenue. Our approach treats each post as a product page: clear pricing, sizing and ordering information woven into captions a casual scroller can act on immediately. This discipline is a large part of what let sales climb sharply with no separate website to carry any of the load.

Paid advertising

Our Moroccan fashion paid ads Dubai campaigns for Princess Pearl were built to extend reach beyond the brand's organic following, specifically toward the Middle East audience the brand wanted to grow into. We tested creative and targeting against actual sales data rather than reach alone, since a social-only brand lives or dies on whether a view turns into a DM and then an order. That discipline is a direct contributor to the sharp rise in sales since these campaigns launched.
