Directly on the coast lies this remarkable residence in the middle of a true oasis.

Our clients wished for us to bring new life to the old existing building including its desert landscapes. We have re-designed the complete interior, considering a new layout and several constructional adjustments. The extraordinary location of the plot served as the primary design-inspiration.

Throughout the residence we have implemented a beach theme. Vibrant and colourful with luxurious hints of nature as shell materials and coral accents. At the center of the house, you will find a true Interior-Treasures feature; the ’Palm’ is a 5m high fountain executed in mosaic combined with immense handcrafted glass leaves. It functions as the heart of the house and from here you can access both outdoor and all 4 of the residence’s wings.
